"I wish I could rate lower. I was visiting family to attend a funeral and we had been having issues with our 5th wheel. We decided to have 2in square tubing welded to the frame and hung the brackets from there with some angle iron braces in between. Apparently Terry was too busy to take on the job so he sent me to his business partner Jeff (who I was told was more than capable of handling the job.) Jeff shows up and gets to work. I watch him hang one of my suspension hangers almost a 1/4 to the outside off center. I say “hey this one is not straight.” He cuts it off and re hangs it. This time about the same distance off center but off to the inside. I said “I’m no expert, I don’t know if it matters, but this one is still off quite a bit but to the inside this time. He replies “it’s straight it’s just the reflection of the metal.” I stared at him without blinking which prompted him to climb under and look at it and go “you know if you want this Sh!T done perfect, I’ll pack up all my Sh!t and leave and you can get someone else to do it.” He then said “the best thing for you to do is go find something to do somewhere else and leave me alone and let me work.” I wish I had told him to leave. But I needed to get back across the country and did not have time to find someone else. So I walked away and let him finish. The brackets are not straight, he did not use any heat shielding (welding by gas lines) he caught the frame paint on fire which disintegrated my heat ducting under the trailer. He also did not use one welding blanket so my parents driveway has spatter all over it. He didn’t clean up ANYTHING. I was not upset with how rude he was to me, I just wanted the job done right. The next day we started installing the axles and they would not line up properly. I had to pry pretty hard to get the leaf spring to fall into place on the axle. And then As soon as we moved the trailer the pin holding the leaf spring together snapped. So now I have to replace the leaf spring and have another welder come out to fix the mess Jeff created. I reached out to Terry two days ago asking if he could call me so I could speak to him about the job that was done. He read my message in the morning and never responded. This crew does not care about you or the job at hand. They just want to get paid. Even for half a$$ work. And the main reason I went with this company was all the good reviews. Just know if someone is working on your stuff and they tell you if you want it done right they will pack up and leave. LET THEM! I would not have made it across the country in time. But it would have saved me all the money I’m about to spend on getting this fixed. Edit: this is not the owner responding. Must be his wife. His initial response was to blame me with just as much attitude as Jeff had. I wish I had taken a screen shot. And no this photo is not skewed, it’s literally that crooked."

"We had a double whammy of broken leaf spring and a failed wheel bearing on our camper as we were rolling into Lake Tahoe area. I started making calls, leaving messages and worrying we were going to be stranded. Terry called back shortly after leaving a message, we talked thru the issues and he got me in contact with Jeff. After sending him pics and taking some measurements we made a plan to get the repairs done. Jeff showed up on time, made all the repairs and got us back on the road on time and on budget. Oh, and he did all of this in the Safeway parking lot. I can’t say enough great things about these guys!! Stellar communication all the way to the end!! Thank you!!"

"he was able to come on late notice first thing in the morning and solve the problem with our trailer so our company can get back on the road and continue our business as usual. It’s so awesome to have somebody who takes his business so serious it makes life everybody else much easier. We really appreciate you coming out and doing this for us. Have a great day."

"Terry called me within an hour of me calling him for an odd job. He gave me some suggestions and even saved me some money. Converted camper steps to truck camper steps in one day at a very reasonable cost. I look forward to doing business with him again."
