"Dirty plates. The "clean" plates had leftover chili paste from a previous customer. Hotpot was precooked. Add-on meat was deceptive. Picture shows raw meat but it came as precooked. The flame on the hotpot went out twice. The tea ordered was very sweet and came in a coffee cup. This was a problem as one of us had a limited sweet intake. Service was okay but very slow. Add-ons came in 4 minutes after the Hotpot. 1/5 mostly for the dirty plates and tea that was sweet."
"dined here for their grand opening! the food was tasty and they gave us much more rice than the cali chains ive been to. the service was a little wonky, but ill give them slack due to being new! i got the beef hot pot for 19.50 + tax. the music was AMAZING! the food was steaming hot and fresh. i wish the AC blasted slightly higher, but other than that, 4/5 stars!!"
