"Used to love Spencers when I was younger. Now they've kinda slipped into the same, "Main stream" nonsense as hot topic. Less following actual demand and way more bending over for flavor of the month trends. They still have a good selection of incense burners, weed themed products, and there adult section is always fun to look at. However there hats, shirts, and accessories have all gone to what's popular in the main stream now in the same way fads do. Can't go in to find fandom stuff for anything but current trends anymore and that sucks cause it forces us to go to amazon if we want that was popular last week."
"I love this store. Usually neat, clothes are nice and I usually find my size in everything. Employees are usually nice and on point with everything. I went to go shopping for my birthday. I found a couple nice shirts and I was going to buy some more items. The deals they have are sometimes worth it. As im taking my time looking through out the store I see an employee following me. At first I didn't mind, I thought he was going to ask me if I needed help or something. He didn't say anything and he kept following me. He tried to make himself look like he was busy in the area I was in, fiddling with whatever was close by but I kept catching him looking at me like I was stealing merchandise. This went on for 15 min, keep in mind the store was busy and he didn't even bother to look out for anyone else, already profiling me as a thief. I looked at him went up to the counter and left all my items and went to a different employee that was nice and let her know of the situation. I left without buying anything and as soon as I step out the door, what do know here comes security. I was really bummed out but if they're going to make customers feel this way then I'm no longer a returning customer."
