"What can I say, it's a bath and body works. They all look pretty much identical. Someone at the front to greet you, a few in the middle stocking and asking if you need anything and cashiers in the back. Stores are always clean and organized. At this particular location, I ordered handsoap online and came here for pickup. I gave one of the stocking staff members my name (didn't get in line) and had my order and out the door within 2 minutes, if not less. Great service."
"This store is awesome! They offer a unique variety of high quality items and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that they ship with Fed Ex. We have had several needless delays with Fed Ex over the last couple of years. They always claim that the barcode is unreadable. Never have these issues with UPS or USPS when I ship with them. Bath and Body Works is great! I hope that someday they will use another carrier to ship with."
