"Horrible service, horrible product quality!!! My company was with Aramark for over 13 years, the first 9 or so years were ok then the service and the quality of the product went bad really bad! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!"
"The first few delivery, the quality was fine. After that, towels came with holes, some were deteriorated, wrong items, and constant shortages due to "holidays" where half your order only shows up. A complaint to management and they would fix it for the new few deliveries but then it reverts back to the same old issue. If your regular guy is on vacation or out sick, sometimes they don't even show up. When you try and cancel, they say you are on a contract. If you can't provide the service, you shouldn't be enforcing customers to stay on contracts or make them pay a termination fee."
