"Don’t waste your money and time. I came for Valentine’s Day and Was expecting to have a good time but was sadly disappointed, the service was extremely slow, my drink had a bug in it, which took over 15 minutes to be remade and it took over an hour for our food to come out. Tried to ask for a manager and was told there wasn’t one…Cannot say I was impressed. Was very disappointed in the food quality as well. Was bland and my steak was over cooked. They had a limited Valentine’s Day menu, which was suppose to make it easy on the chefs. Couldn’t order a pizza or pasta or a hamburger. Mind you there were only two cooks for a packed restaurant. Only one table was eating at a time. Extremely understaffed and terrible service. The owners were extremely unprepared for the evening. Made for a terrible experience"

"An overall poor experience unfortunately. We ignored our gut feeling to turn around and leave when we walked in to only a single table with diners. The place was totally empty. My hamburger ($18) was honest to god the most BLAND burger I’ve ever had in my life. I ate the whole thing just out of fascination at how boring and tasteless it was. My partner’s short ribs ($30) were equally lacking in seasoning, salt or flavor. The crab/artichoke dip ($18) was fine, but if you told me it was just artichoke and no crab I would have believed you. My $5 glass of Chardonnay was a good deal. The $12 cocktail was acceptable, but in no way great. There are a LOT better ways to spend $92 (before tip) in Reno."

"If I could’ve given 3 1/2 stars, I would’ve. But I couldn’t justify giving only three. Let me start with the positive, this place is gorgeous! The decor and design work is absolutely spectacular. From the moment you walk in the door, and even walking to the bathroom. The staff is also amazing- friendly and attentive. So why 3 1/2 stars? First off, the menu is quite small, and really not all that varied in the flavor choices. We came for Valentine’s Day this year and absolutely loved it! The selection and options were great, and there was plenty to choose from. Tonight I got the short rib and subbed out sweet potatoes for the regular potatoes. Well, the flavor and execution of the dish was spot on, but by the time it got to my table-it was room temperature. Not hot at all! And by the last few bites, it was actually cold. It was really disappointing because, like I said, the flavors were so good, but it could’ve been great if it was served hot."

"We booked this place couple of days in advance. The ambience is cozy, love the fireplace. They have a nice wide collection of wines. Loved the small menu, made it easier to choose. The firecracker cauliflower was the favorite, it was delicious, not too spicy not too sweet, well balanced. The airline chicken was a little disappointing, the flavors were good but the chicken wasn’t tender, it was a little rubbery. The pilaf that come on the side was tasty. Service was great. Overall 4/5 experience. Will come back to try other dishes."

"We have visited this restaurant several times prior to this evening. Each time has been a delightful experience. But last night they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We made a simple online reservation for 4 to celebrate our wedding dinner. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the receptionist and manager. We were informed they had put us in their private dining room for or wedding dinner. It was a wonderful gesture and brought tears to my eyes. The service was perfect. The food as always was the most delicious. It was prepared perfectly as ordered. The drinks were very strong and original. We we're treated like VIPS. They really made me feel special on my special night. Such a wonderful establishment and a local hidden gem. I just had a wonderful experience with the entire staff. And its this way every time. But last night was exceptional. That's how you impress your customers. Bravo."
