"Easy in and easy out! The windshield wipers on my Audi fell apart during Hillary. I contacted the other Audi dealer in town as I was in the area at the time. I was told I would have to make an appointment to get the wipers replaced. I called Audi Henderson, and they said come on in. They not only did they have the parts in stock, but they put the wipers on right immediately. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Good thing, too. It rained the next day. If you want the best service in town, go Audi Henderson! They will treat you right."
"I take my car here for service, my service advisor is Roy, very nice person he will work with you to help you get your car fixed ,he will make sure he will be able to make use of your car warranty if you have one ,so you only take care a portion of the cost, and if there is an " issue" he will help you out ."
"Audi of Henderson has always been great to me Craig in parts department is very helpful and patient. Julio in the shop very helpful very knowledgeable to. I appreciate how they take to time out of there busy schedules to help out and answer any questions I might have. I live in on west of China Town, I drive to Henderson(knowing there is another Audi a few miles from me) every time any time. My sister in law does the same with her Audi needs. "Took our car in for software recall we were in and out with a loaner in 10 minutes. Yes we did have an appointment. That's fast service! Everyone wore masks and obeyed social distancing recommendations. BTW love the loaner it's an SUV with full tank of gas. Drives beautifully. May be our next car getting too old for sports models, lol."
"I usually go out of my area to find the right car at the right price. This is the first time I’ve gone out of State to get an 2017 Yellow R8. (California DMV is a major PIA). Henderson Audi is the best. They arranged a service to handle the DMV registration process. Special thanks to Moe El Assal, Geoff Barto, Dwight Crecelus, and Ben Stauffer. These are all very nice professional gentlemen. I highly recommend if your interested in a new or used Audi, ask for Moe El Assal."
