"Troy responds promptly to communications. He does great work at a reasonable price and does it when he says he is going to do it. It is rare to find someone with that work ethic. He completely replaced our shore line which looks amazing. He also demolished our cabin which included removing surrounding trees and preserving as many as possible. He hauled in dirt and did some landscaping so that the lot looks ready for new construction. We want him back next year to help with some of that new construction."
