"This office is utterly incompetent. I was turned away when I had a scheduled appointment. One that I waited a month and a half for. Their office called and texted me multiple times to remind me. What they didn’t do was verify that a referral was on file, which my insurance requires. I gave them my information before they would even schedule the appointment. Yet and still when I arrived, they waited until I spent 20 minutes filling out new patient paperwork before letting me know there was a problem. I suggested that I could contact my doctors office, but they insisted they didn’t have access to “the portal” so I’d have to reschedule regardless. Tough luck, pal. I’ve gone to plenty of doctors appointments and I’ve never had to retain a physical document that I then need to present to the office. The “oops oh well” response to this situation was enough to convince me I do not want to use this office for my medical care. I’m disabled, so getting to an appointment is a whole ordeal that requires planning and organizing rides, so to have my time so carelessly wasted is just unacceptable. They could’ve offered to follow up and resolve what was clearly an inter office lapse in communication, but they didn’t. It’s not as if I just showed up to this place randomly, my doctor sent me there and then I scheduled an appointment. What exactly is the office staff up to in this place? I’m not sure exactly, but it doesn’t give me confidence that the medical side is run any better."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. We got to my appointment almost an hour early because I had to fill out new patient paperwork. We sat to be called. 40 minutes after my appointment time checked to make sure I was not forgotten. They apologized and said the doctor was performing a procedure. My time is important as well. We finally got called into the treatment room and were forgotten once again. We sat for perhaps a half hour and when I went to ask what the delay was, the doctor showed up. The doctor was knowledgeable, professional and made sense. He had solutions for my reason for coming in but I was disappointed he didn't ask many questions and went right into remedies. I feel my issue is mental which he did not touch on until I mentioned it. He prescribed medicine."

"Appointment was for 10:10am, got there at 9:45am and waited till 11:20 before they called me. Horrible and horrendous customer service. If an appointment is made they should honor it. Staff was unfriendly and no empathy or apology for making me sit there for one hour and 10 mins . Had to ask them twice regarding my 10:10 appointment, kept saying doctor is behind. That’s not my problem, respect the appointment time, otherwise don’t give me an appointment time. Finally when saw the doctor and explained him what happened, his comments were he has no idea what they are doing at front desk. Seriously!!!!!!"
