"The absolute worst experience I have had for a prosthetic. I spent months waiting in Havasu to get it done. Finally asked to go to Vegas in hopes of having the adjustments made. Went to the office in Henderson. The girl who handled foot orthotics told me she did not know anything about it was extremely rude to me did not know anything about the orthotic. told me my prescription was no good. Despite the fact it was already built nobody knew where it went. After talking over me in a loud firm voice in front of a patient she told me to not raise my voice. Then stormed off. I felt like I was thrown out. Two other bad experiences with them you would think I would learn. Just my opinion I could be wrong"
"I have been getting my braces, orthotics, and shoes here for many years. They are very professional, and very pleasant to work with. Anyone who has had braces and orthotics made know that they aren't always comfortable when you first try them on. Hanger makes any adjustments that are needed to make them comfortable on the spot. The last brace and orthotics I picked up the other day were perfectly comfortable from the time I first tried them on. I would highly recommend Hanger to anyone requiring orthotics. I imagine that they work just as hard to get prosthetics just right as well."
"Picked up my new shoes the other day. I would highly recommend you book your appointment if you're getting shoes as a result of diabetes issues to book with no one but Charlene as she is great. Last year had someone else was no where near as knowledgeable or caring."
"Horrible horrible. Told them I needed my sleeve during a specific time and asked if they would come through. Oh sure no problem. Everytime I call I get told oh someone will call back but no one does. Called today and they got the wrong item. So not only wasted my time and energy but have no product in hand. However they were more than happy to have me sign documents stating I received the product when I didnt. Shady."
