"We looked up in urgent care because my daughter has a 9 1/2 month old baby and we thought we got everything on the airway but we wanted to check and just make sure and maybe take her over to this establishment. My daughter called the man answer the phone can I help you and she asked if it was the wellness center and he said yes can I help you and then she said you take silver summit and he scream know this is a Cash place and he hung up on her very rude."

"I owe all thanks to Total Health and Wellness Medical Center urgent care, because my son wouldn't be here if it wasn't for them. He was really sick when we came into their office and the doctor there quickly diagnosed what his issue was, and my son is alive today because of them. My husband and I, and the rest of my family use this medical clinic as well as their urgent care online care for colds, coughs, and flu, whenever we are sick and most of our needs. They are so much more helpful than our primary care doctor. Thank you guys for all that you do for us!"

"The person answering the phone was rude, impatient, and very unprofessional. We called several times because we were having trouble connecting. It was clear we were just trying to find help, and by no means trying to be a bother. When we eventually got to talk to the rep, they were incredibly mean and accusatory, unhelpful about the services offered, and didn’t care at all about helping us. Thankfully our case was not very severe, and we can get help elsewhere. I am concerned, however, for someone who would be calling several times because they are distressed or desperate. For anyone seeking urgent care for a more severe illness or injury, this type of initial treatment could be horribly detrimental. For a place that aims to provide “a high quality level of customer service”, we were incredibly disappointed."

"28 minutes agoNEW I'm really sad to see that so many people have placed negative reviews about such a great service. They came to our house and provided us with a service that is quite stellar! It is just amazing. In the world of concierge which I know well, you cannot ask for anything better. Ask yourself 1 question, if you think that you may be covid positive would you really want to stand in a line and wait? Wake up people the service they provide is the way we end the pandemic. Do not criticize a great service if you have not tried it. My wife and I come here all the time. We thought we were going to miss our flight back to Israel the last time we used the service, given that our PCR Covid results were not back in time from several other medical centers. Total health and wellness saved the day and we were able to make it back to Israel safely. I do not know what we would do without you considering the nasty pandemic that we are in. This is the only place you need if you want to get your PCR results. Continue to provide the great service you provide and I will send you all my friends who are traveling. Thank you for a service well done!"

"Extremely rude and unkind man answering the phone, he went on a long bizarre tangent about the tests not being free because of the doctors “risking their lives every single day” even though I didn’t ask about them being free- only if I needed an appointment…. he was being extremely confrontational before I had even said anything! Very strange and terrible customer service. If that’s the standard of care, I’d avoid at all costs. Also, they make you pay up front and then submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Definitely not the way to go if you just need a simple COVID test."
