"My doctor left this Intermountain facility in January of this year. I am on medication for diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, and I am a cancer survivor over 65yrs of age. I called today for an appointment and a young lady named Shanunte assisted me. She was rude and told me I could not get an appointment until June 2024. She also told me all the other facilities would be in the same position, not being able to offer me an appointment until next year. Do not choose this practice or facility if you need to see a doctor."

Laurel Kleinman, is the treating practitioner there, and has a wonderful positive attitude and treats you so well! The front desk staff is great, and the facility is super clean. Highly recommend."
