"Worse urgent care ever, no one at the front desk to check you in. There’s at note with a ring bell and when you ring the bell some nurse comes out and all they say they’re short staff and to keep waiting for some one to come out. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting to be check in the appointment I made was not in there system."

"Went in thinking I had the flu and my shoulder was hurting. Told by nurse practioner I could only be seen for one of the 2 things. Said I could have the flu. Sent home with anti nausea mess. Did not address my shoulder. Turns out I was septic and had a flesh eating bacteria. Thank God I went with my gut and went to emergency. I was in coma and spent a month in the hospital. I could have died. Hopefully she takes her job more seriously and does the due diligence to actually see what's wrong with the patient instead of just sending them home to die. Wish I could remember what her name was."

"Unauthorized billing If you're a self pay they demand the payment before you're seen. I paid their 160 self pay. The medical assistant was meh really had no personality about as exciting as an amoeba. The Dr. was nice very quick and in and out. Where they really scam people is the secondary charge for unknown after You leave. They charged my card again the next day for another 180! No reason why or authorization to do so. Trying to contact thier billing dept is also impossible. This business should be investigated with their billing practices."

"Worst front desk customer service I've experienced in a medical institution. I scheduled an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. As soon as I walked in 2 medical professionals were busy taking care of a patient in the waiting area. At least, that's what I assumed. I was told to take a seat until the front desk person was back. 5 minutes later, one of the people helping the patient in the waiting room walked to the front desk and said she could help. She preceded to interrogate me as to why I was even there. After convincing her, she asked me to sign the necessary forms. I apparently was taking too long because she asked for the document back before I was finished. My entire interaction with her was maybe 3 minutes but she was rolling her eyes, sighing and short with every question I asked. Also, there was no line of people waiting and the office didn't close for another 2 hours so I'm not sure what I did to anger this woman. I recommend avoiding this medical center just to avoid the front desk lady."
