"I was sent here after being hospitalized and all I can say is that they are wonderful people who are really looking out for their patients. I am in the CCM program and I love the periodic texts and reminders I get about how I can take care of myself, about keeping certain things in mind when the environment changes and how my mental state may be affected, and also caring for my family and how my family can care for me. My psychiatrist Miah is super sweet and I honestly look forward to our sessions. Never had this type of care before and I’m am extremely grateful to everyone that works here!"

"I haven't been with wellcare in a couple years now, and I'm still getting texts from their automated system. Replying "Unsubscribe" does nothing. I feel the services I received here were subpar, my psychiatrist wouldn't let me switch medication when I explained to them why I wanted it switched and my primary care doctor never got back to me with a referral, so I ended up going to renown instead. The housing side of things is atrocious. If you aren't making them money, they will send you to the homeless shelter. They absolutely refuse to work with you at any turn, and they have no idea how to work with the mental illnesses they claim to be experts at. If you're there for addiction counseling, it's much better than the mental assistance side. The only thing I can accurately recommend is the therapy and possibly pharmacy from WC health."

"Been here twice, both times was awful. Start of my 1st session I was told I was hopeless because of my response of being okay with waiting. By the end she disregarded that my physician said she thinks I might have adhd and the psych told me oh no honey you’re clinically depressed . She wanted to start me on the same medication I was on for three months and I had terrible side effects and I told her no to that medication . Did genetics testing and to find out on my second appointment that the results show my body doesn’t not react well with any antidepressants, problematic was the word. Mind you , at the beginning appointment I had to remind her about this genetic test I had taken from my previous appointment . Took about 30 minutes for them to find it. My therapist who sent me back to the psych office on a separate appointment to take the adhd test was lost as well. I was waiting in another office on this second appointment after being in her office for an hour of them trying to locate this test . The new adhd test only took me 5 minutes to complete and I sat in another office for an hour. She forgot about me and continued to bring someone else to her office , when I stood up from the room across her room she looked confused and asked the girl she was bringing back who she was . Girl responded I’m just trying to reschedule an appointment . We go to her office after this weird situation and Then she handed me a calculator because she said it would go quicker to figure out the percentage on my adhd test as she counted it up . I suck at math and haven’t done it in years. I handed the calculator back from being confused and my anxiety was through the roof from waiting and trying to figure out how my kids will be picked up from school. She was so flustered of not figuring it out and told me she had another client waiting and made me make another appointment for the following week to go over my results . I was there over 2 hours 1145-215 . She said I’m booked but I’ll find time to squeeze you in for 10 minutes to get this handled . Long drive, I have kids in school and 1 kiddo at home with me and I’m out of work so to drive across town for 10 minutes is a waste of gas and stressful . After this experience I will be contacting my dr to find a different route. Vicky my therapist hands down was a sweetheart and I felt genuinely listened to, she also suggested I might have adhd and she’s the one who sent me back upstairs to take this adhd test . She said I might have some form of depression/anxiety but felt the test was important to find out if I was in fact adhd . She said I didn’t come off to her as depressed and felt it was something else and the test will help narrow it down. She explained that more then one medication could help me if it was depression and adhd . Dr and therapist both think it’s possibly adhd and the psych who has caused my anxiety to go through the roof on both visits thinks I’m clinically depressed and hopeless from the start of our session. Second session we didn’t talk about anything but her trying to figure out the genetic testing when they finally found it after I had to remind her about it. Test first day should have been done because of what my dr stated and that was totally ignored . I will not be returning."

"As an established patient wasn’t informed i needed to show up 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. All calls to WellCare go to a third party call center. So my call to being 10 mins late never made it to the front desk. All i’ll say it this place was never really great but as someone who has disabilities and service should be respectful and accessible wellcare, well it seems well doesn’t care. this place went downhill even more from last time I was there. Within the hour I found another place in reno and booked. Sooo long wellcare!!"

"I was going to therapy and primary care here. Only a month or two into therapy my therapist just randomly left with a week notice and then canceled our last session. Very shortly after my primary doctor, who was supposed to be scheduling tests for me and getting referrals, left with zero notice and without filling my prescriptions or finishing the referrals. My fiancé has experienced similar things. We have only been going here for 6 months. Fine for routine checkups but don’t go here for any lengthily processes."
