"Craig, the physical therapist, was truly awesome when my husband had a life threatening episode. This occured as we walked in not during therapy. He responded immediately when I asked for his help and stayed with him the entire time before he determined emts were required. He undoubtedly saved his life. I will be forever grateful for his kindness and ability to realize medical help was required."

"Very disappointed. Staff is not following CDC guidelines and masks are optional, even though a large percentage of their patients are at high risk for complications of COVID. No one wears name tags and they don't introduce themselves. You don't know the qualifications of the person working with you. They could not give me my exercise plan on my first visit. Next visit was cancelled, but then they could send my plan. Spent most of the time there just doing the same exercises I did daily at home."

"Nothing but the best here. Been going to this location since 2017 for ankle PT. Have also been going for PT after several other surgery's. I'm horrible with remembering names but the two awesome employees at the front desk to Craig & Jessica and the others in the back are absolutely a good part of me being able to tackle the obstacles that I have had to deal with to my road to better health. Thank you for dealing with my grumpiness"

"I went to Roc after a shoulder replacement surgery. I met with my assigned trainer for approximately 1 minute. Then his helper at Roc told me what therapy to do as I was never evaluated by the Physical Trainer. I did not return there, as my doctor said he had more complaints about Roc on Ion in Sparks."
