"I need two different reviews. One for the professional, Diana, who performed my ultrasound June 8. She was a thorough professional, answered every question, helped me understand my situation fully. She deserves a high 5 or higher! As for the on site staff, I am very annoyed right now. I was the only patient in the waiting room. The desk was deserted except for a staffer who came & went. As I was leaving, she appeared and told me I had an appointment to go over the results with the doc via telephone. I could not keep that appointment, nor was I consulted about it. I told her I need to make an appointment myself. I got a call from them. But it went to voice mail. Several attempts to call them back land me at the Arizona office. I have yet to find a way to contact the Reno facility. Maybe they'll call me. Who knows?"
