"A few months ago I fell backwards down 18 stairs in my apartment. The V.A. sent me to Performance Physical Therapy in Reno. I attended several weeks of physical therapy, twice a week. Kirk Sachtler and his Staff are all above reproach. My main physical therapist was Beverlee Hastings. She and the other physical therapists are very professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. By the time I finished my physical therapy sessions, I am now able to walk upright with little difficulty. And, when Beverlee would bring in Rosie, her physical therapy dog, that was an added bonus for all. For angels also have whiskers, paws, and tails. With this being my third ankle surgery I know a lot of ankle exercises but Loren was able to incorporate both exercises that I knew and ones that were new to me which made it a more engaging session as it was not always the same thing over and over.
