"I put my trust into Tahoe Forest Gastroenterology and chose them to treat me. GI appointments are hard to schedule but I got an appointment a month out. I live about an hour from the office so left 1.5 hours early but traffic was bad and I ended up being 10 minutes late. I called the office to notify them when I knew I'd be late but nobody answered or returned my call. When I arrived they had me fill out paperwork and when I brought it back they told me they couldn't see me because I was late and now had to leave. They didn't even offer to reschedule. I drove over an hour home and looked for another GI doctor. Needles to say this left me in a really bad spot with treating my GI issue and set me back considerably. I contacted the office but was told by the manager they stand by this decision and will not see me again. The PA was Allison O'brien. The way I was treated by office staff and the office manager made me feel like this is pretty normal for them and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere as you might be wasting a lot of time with this office like I did"
