"Doctor Jeffery Webster and his assistant were an absolute nightmare to deal with. He had no manners, was completely out of line, disrespectful, and dismissive. I have a partner in complete agony for what is still unknown causes because Jeffery Webster doesn't want to do his job. He poked and prodded my partner for five minutes, sat down and said “Well I'm not a psychologist but I think it's all in your head. I don't know what autism is, but it might be that.” I was mortified by his arrogance. Who says something like that? No, your not a psychologist. You're an Ortho surgeon. Do THAT job. We've also called repeatedly for help and they never call back and refuse to do any real testing unless it's ‘for our own comfort’. But not to find an actual solution. No, just for our ‘comfort’."

"This is definitely a 5 star rating, if I could give it A higher rating I would ,every experience I had from the evaluation of me needing a knee replacement to the surgery was exceptional every person and I’m not exaggerating was polite, professional, caring from the doctors, the nurses anesthesiologist everyone made this experience of having a knee replacement as easy as possible and the surgery was done great no issues or problems with my new knee definitely would only recommend ROC to everyone. It would be the best choice you can make."

"Sadly this place went from being one of the best to being worse than the original Washoe Hospital before Renown took over. They used to be a great place to get better help than going to the ER for ortho emergencies. But now, every person there looks st you like your presence is an inconvenience. They call you and if you miss the phone call, you will never be able to get back to a live person again. Calling back will lead to an unanswered voice mail. After all the money they spent making the building triple its original size, you'd think they'd have all their ducks in a row."

"This place is an unprofessional, uncoordinated joke of the medical system. For starters, they told me the upfront cost on a necessary surgery with no context. I asked if that was due right then and there, and then they decided to explain the sticker shock. Post operation, they called and asked if it was needed to get additional medication, they also said I could call the next day (weekend) to get more if needed. I passed on doing it immediately, and the next day the pain worsened. Upon calling I was told I would have to go in. Upon going in I was told they couldn’t do prescriptions on the weekend and would have to go to the ER. The amount prescribed was only set to last till the morning of Sunday. So regardless of how they set it up I was doomed to run out well before I was able to get more. Oh and on top of it, now I have an additional ER bill, and while at the ER they redid my cast because the other one was poorly done and soaked in blood."

"I’ve been having my shoulder injected there for several years. I went in today to get an injection. First I was told it would be an hour and a half wait. Then I was told I could go over to the sports clinic and she tried to give me an appointment for December 6. I prepared to leave at that time. A friend was in the waiting room. When I talked to her she said she’d been there for two hours. There was only one other person in the waiting room. There is no express there."
