"Exception care from start to finish. Front office staff, nurses, medical assistants, sonographers and physicians provide outstanding patient centered care. Would recommend 100%. The staff are caring and thorough and always make patients feel comfortable. The physicians are experts in their field. In an area with few high risk doctors available this office goes above and beyond to accommodate as many patients as possible. Many patients do not understand the lengths the medical team has to go through to care for so many patients with limited time and resources. Hope everyone at the HRPC knows how much patients in the Reno community appreciate all that they do!"

"The lack of communication from this place, between the doctors themselves to the information we got as patients from them was enough to make us wish there were other options in Reno that were covered. We came in for my wife who had gestational diabetes, and were told the wrong blood sugar levels she needed to be within that wasn't caught for a few weeks before we got the right information. We were pushed to do iron infusions blindly, but were never told what her iron levels actually were. We would follow up with her OBGYN and they would tell us that the High Risk Center recommended she get induced at 39 weeks and if they talked to us about it, which they didn't and never did. That her iron levels were actually okay, there was no need to do infusions, and also was given medicine that wasn't actually helping with iron levels in the first place even if they had been a concern (based on the medicine being low dosage and only needed to be taken twice a week). We never saw the same doctor twice, and each doctor had their own version of what she should or should not be doing where even our OBGYN was confused on what they were doing."
