"No gowns available, having to disrobe. Cut some paper shorts to make it work. No appointments for rehabilitation for over 2 weeks. $35 for getting paperwork signed by doctor. $45 to jump ahead of everyone who paid $35 They gave a young man beside us the runaround to to 2 ND back to the first floor , go back to 2 ND floor. It is a terrible way to treat people in pain., Needing professional care. FIND another orthopedic company."

"Went and got xrays done. The substitute doctor I got because the doctor I wanted wasn't there that day told me he would give me a call with what he saw on the xray. One week goes by no call. So I call them leave a message they tell me someone will call me with my results. Another week goes by and nothing. The next time I call will be to get copies of my xrays and find a doctor that will actually look at them and tell me what's wrong with my pelvis. I'm not waiting anymore. I'm very disappointed in this place I chose them over swift. And everyone was telling me swift was better. This is what I get for giving a business the benefit of the doubt despite all the negative talk. Lesson learned."
