"DO NOT BOTHER!!! THEY CAN'T MANAGE REFILLS CORRECTLY!!! My experience with them started out great. Then with each visit I got what I felt was less and less care from the practitioner. Just like any other type of psychiatric company they just seem to want your money and not to actually help you. On top of that their customer service is a joke. They also let you run out of medication on a regular basis."

"I see Dr. Jessica Johnson, and I love her. Finally found someone who cares and is good at what they do. I was recommended to her by a friend; I see her for anxiety, depression, and medication management. She’s extremely knowledgeable and has done an amazing job of getting me on the right medications for me. The office staff is great. I never have any issues getting through to them. It is easy to get an appt. They are also great with following up with you. Happy about my experience here"

"My first appointment was great, they got me in the next day, the appointment scheduler,Andrew is absolutely a genuine and welcoming soul, I totally felt comfortable and valued as a patient. And my appointment went great with Jessica Johnson, I wasn't sure what to expect since I had been out of therapy for many years, but she basically just listened, and answered any questions she had from what I shared and anything I hadn't answered she asked at the end of session. She gave me a couple assignments before next appointment and prior to our appointment I was required to take a short cognitive assessment which also made me feel like I made the right choice for therapy because it tells me they are trying to learn as much about their profession on scientific level to help patients rather than just listening and making vocal evaluation of patients. The only thing I could think to improve the experience is thar the sessions be 1hr compared to half hour and more frequent than 2x month, atleast initially. However I'm sure that those are options available I just haven't asked or expressed the for more intensive therapy to start off. So yea they are great, I recommend them, I also have appointments for my teenage kids ,I think it will be a healthy outlet for them and I know they are looking forward to their appointments, last thing is its very convenient to have the appointment done online, it eliminated a big stress factor for me.one more last thing...they accept medicaid .☆☆☆☆☆"

"My wife has been a patient with Telemind for almost a year. They have been wonderful every step of the way. The doctors are kind, the staff is kind, they are flexible and on top of their stuff. We had a mix up with appt dates and they were so gracious about getting her scheduled back in. We will continue with Telemind as long as we can!!"
