"After reading the reviews, I was reluctant to follow through with my doctor appointment. But I decided to go for it. I desperately needed medical attention. I have no idea what all of the negative reviews were about. It made me think I was in the wrong place. The receptionist was an absolute delight. I’m so sorry I forgot her name. She was so friendly and had a big smile with every interaction. My new doctor was awesome as well. Dr Ebueng was very professional while remaining friendly and relatable. I felt like she really listened to me. She was extremely thorough, which I appreciated. I left there feeling very optimistic. I had a very positive experience."

"WORST EXPERIENCE AT A MEDICAL OFFICE!!! No wonder this place has awful reviews...took me 2 months to get into a primary doctor, I show up for my appointment and they tell me the doctor called in and said they called me to reschedule but my number is disconnected. No it absolutely is not..its always on and with me. Someone dialed the number wrong and didn't even bother to check to see if they dialed it right. Thats just pure laziness and lack of care. On top of that receptionist was SUPER condescending and kept telling me over and over that they tried called but it was disconnected. I told her can you please stop saying that and putting the blame on me because it is not my fault, take responsibility and at least apologize. They could have tried every method of contact, email, my renown portal, but they obviously didn't care enough to do that."

"I'm a new patient there. My doctor is new as well. Her name is Caroline Na. She is a great doctor and helping me through everything I have issues with. I just performed an ultrasound and things came back normal but I'm still having issues. My doctor was on my chart every step of the way anwsering my questions. I am lucky to have gotten my doctor."

"Originally I had left a comment regarding the Doctor, which is still true. The purpose of this comment is to explain the poor customer service for the front desk. This location is partnered with renown and they handle the office aspect. I’ve scheduled appointments and have shown up and not been seen because of scheduling issues. Which is not my problem. The staff lacks compassion and they seem unknowledgeable about renown’s procedures. I requested that my doctor be changed and they said they cannot change the doctors however renown’s policy is to change the doctor no questions asked. The quality of care is decent but office staff care is poor and unprofessional."
