"I was recommended to Reno Running by a construction worker, because they helped fix his painful feet. I told them I wanted a specific brand and style and was measured and brought what I requested which seemed what I wanted. I was offered another style and another different brand after I disclosed my foot problem. And to my surprise I liked the other style better than what I said I wanted (at about the same price, so it wasn’t an upsale). Then, after discussing the shoe features more, I was offered a shoe insert which I thought this brand’s design had, but found out it didn’t. So, maybe this was a bit of an upsale, but that’s what I thought the shoe’s design came with anyway. I bought the recommended shoes and insert and have worn them about a month and couldn’t be happier!"
"Stopped by to buy replacement shoes. I already knew the exact shoe and size. Waited around 20 minutes without a greeting or "we'll be right with you" and had employees help a couple customers that came in after me. Browsed around and eventually gave up and left. Found the same shoes at another store for much less and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Tried to support local business, but will not return after my first and only experience."

"I checked online to see if they carried the brand I favor, they do. Walked in right at 10am opening and was helped immediately. Second pair of shoes fit and felt perfect and within about fifteen minutes I was out the door with new shoes and a snack. I'll go back for my exercise type shoes. I didn't even have to drive into the depths if Reno or clear out to Sparks. Always a plus!"
"Having recently moved to the area, I was happy to see a running store that fits you to the shoes your body needs. Few stores have staff that understand the needs and have the knowledge to make good recommendations. This store is top notch and worth my 30 minute drive. It is the only store I go to for running equipment."
