"Dropped off a board for repair and tune. Store was closed during business hours when I returned to pick up the board. Since I don’t live in the area I called and informed the owner I’d have to return next season to pick up the board, he had no objections and said he’d store it for me. When I came back the following season the bindings were missing. Owner offered to replace with a used pair of far less quality. Got home to find out bindings we’re the wrong size. The store only stocks budget equipment, I would recommend purchasing gear elsewhere. However, the board repair was top notch."

The staff was soooo helpful to us especially being newbies to the snowboarding life, when i walked in with that deer in the headlights look. We went to a couple places prior to this and were not treated well or with such efficiency. Without a doubt this will be our go to place for seasonal rentals and purchases!!"

"We stopped in for rentals for a group of 5. Some of the staff was friendly enough but others not so much. The guy working the back with people fitting boots was very helpful and worked to make sure everyone had gear that fit. I needed a board and they ended up giving me a 156cm board (I am 6’, 185lbs). I commented that this board was short for my height/weight. The gentleman behind the counter stated that’s all they had. I tried it out as I try to support small business being in small business myself. Got to the mountain 20 minutes later and couldn’t go 15’ without stopping. Wasn’t able to go down the hill from the parking lot to the lodge. Immediately called them and offered to bring the equipment back as I was going to have to rent equipment from the resort and didn’t want to be charged/so they could rent it to someone else. Guy on the phone said keep it and we will take care of you. Go to return the other equipment and ask for a refund and after arguing with the gentleman for 5 minutes states we don’t give refunds just comps for future rentals. We live out of state so won’t do us much good. Stated that’s why I called as soon as the issue arose and offered to come back immediately. Not worried about the money, just the principle as I was up front from the beginning. Will not rent from here when we return."
