"I waited until the last minute to take my post courses so I was stressed and did not know if I would be able to get everything done given my work schedule and other factors. I was also concerned with how the instructor would deliver the information as a few places I called made it clear you are there for them to read to you and you to listen. I was so hesitant I signed up for two classes to see how things would go..... When I say, I was IMPRESSED! I was absolutely IMPRESSED! Mrs. Audrey was very welcoming, kept the courses interactive, she DOES NOT like to just talk and expects engagement but gets your attention with a funny quote, a story or by saying hey I need to y'all to talk to me! This for me was very important because she didn't make you feel like you wouldn't get your certificate or pass the course if you didn't interact.... her delivery is so SMOOTH she made you want to interact! She also gave several ideas on how to make it in real estate! You will not be DISAPPOINTED! I cannot speak to anyone else but she was AWESOME! If you want to stay awake, be in a course with someone who wants to see you successful and learn new ways to be more successful in your business.... You can't go wrong if you go with Mrs. Audrey!"
