"This school is so unprofessional! The horrible attitudes and lousy work ethic coming from the Director Mary Jefferson & BOA instructor Keysa Rodgers is the main reason why I had to transfer schools out of state!! If you're considering taking the business office admin course just consider taking it out of state! The instructor has this bitter angry attitude all the time! She's very inappropriate by always talking about her personal life issues, she talks more about her life issues than business! She's always having a stank face and making huffing& puffing noises every time someone speaks while rolling her eyes! Keysa Rodgers made my time at NCI very very uncomfortable. She speaks with such a very unprofessional tone of voice as if she will go off on a student at any moment! She clearly doesn't want to be there! I was tired of hearing about her weird cheating husband, evil sister & daughter having to be on birth control at 14!! (It has nothing to do with Businesses) yet every time she would get mad,angry or being rude to me was clearly bc of her issues at home! NO STUDENT SHOULD BE MISTREATED BC OF AN INSTRUCTORS PERSONAL LIFE IS MESS!!! She would speak to me with a condescending irritated " I hate you" attitude. I was scared to ask questions or say hello to her bc she would snap at any moment, when she would be rude & have attitudes, I noticed that the other students would hop aboard & copy her rude & condescending behavior towards me! Since I was the instructors punching bag, the other students thought they can be disrespectful & rude towards me as well! Honestly she needs to either quit or get fired..otherwise there will be alot of students transferring out of her class!!! Terrible instructor and terrible Director!! You deserve the best so don't even waste your time here!! There's better schools outta state that will enroll Nevada residents! This school doesn't even deserve 1 star!! However Ms. Jennifer from SOS and the receptionist Karin are the only ones who represents the school with professionalism & common respect!! Ms. Keysa needs thorough training on how to obtain a professional work ethic. Mr. Keysa Rodgers doesn't deserve my precious Godly beautiful presence. She definitely strikes me as a black racist& ageist. Shes the type of woman who will hate & make young lighter skin/mixed race women life a living hell bc she can't relate to them!!! Stay away from her class!! They aren't gonna do anything bc "how can a fat darkskin black woman be a racist?" She's definitely a Bully! I knew she was gonna give me a hard time the moment I met her she was giving me a nasty dirty look!! Dear Mr Keysa cut off the food, go work out, stop being a hater & borderline racist then maybe your husband wouldn't cheat! Maybe you should also seek therapy!! Your students aren't paying $17,000 just hear about your inappropriate life story!! WE DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE!! You're a terrible instructor! Mary Jefferson is just lazy! I get it she's fat too but she did nothing about the psychotic teacher so I had no other option but to change schools! DONT ATTEND THE BOA COURSE!! -10/10"

"I am a current student at NCI for medical Insurance Biller and coder. I am honored and pleased to be doing this review for too amazing instructors Mrs. Jennifer, Mrs.Diane for SOS morning class. Without these 2 amazing instructors I really believe I would have dropped out of school with the whole module going down and all the technical difficulties, but they really made it worthwhile and coming to class not stressful they showed compassion they asked and care about people's learning styles and disabilities if they have one. These 2 women really do need to be recognized by there Peers on what a wonderful job they are doing with Sos really wish I could have them as my instructor through this whole program. I'm sad that I am officially done with Sos as of next Friday it's very emotional because they are amazing amazing instructors that I truly look forward to staying in Contact with even after I've done with school they've made that good of an impression on me!! I think both of you women again from the bottom of my heart for all the encouragement motivation compassion patience grattitude and overall actually teaching me to are I understood the information. "I have the most AMAZING INSTRUCTORS!! Mrs. Jennifer and Mrs Diana are the BEST by far! The go above and beyond for there students. We have been going through a platform update and have not been able to get into our classes online, but these two amazing lady’s have managed to get us our homework and PowerPoints! They have truly taken a lot of their personal time to help us, and to make our classes as fun and educational as possible. They have done an awesome job trying to keep the structure of the class together without our online learning platform. Thank you for all your help and efforts Mrs. Jennifer and Mrs. Diana!"
