"My wife and I go to the local subway in our neighborhood to have dinner walk into the store order two sandwiches. We placed our order asked to have them lightly toasted Fernando the man that represents your subway, gave us a very poor experience when we came in to order our sandwiches. Not only that the experience was poor he told us to go somewhere else. Very uneducated and very poor trained representation for Subway. This man needs to be coached on customer service and how to talk to customers and how address their orders. We’re not only gave him one chance to correct the order we gave them the second time around to make her sandwiches and he still made them incorrectly. Would not listen to us started getting very offensive, and would not correct order.He also replied to us and said to just go somewhere else and get your sandwiches. Rein was a young lady that took over and took care of our order was very pleased with her service."
"Hands down, the two workers that work every saturday around the afternoon deliver the BEST service ever. We go back to that specific subway now every Saturday thanks to them! food is ok too, they should more fresh vegetables oppose to the ones that look like they have been sitting there all day, other than that i was amazed !!!"
