"Food was very good for late at night. The exact JITB you would expect anywhere. Really hoping the lady boy at the window didn't skim my card. It walked away with my card for a few minutes. Kinda sketchy. But jokes on you. I'm always broke."

"We order from this place very often. But guys, this is the 7th time you have given us other orders that do not match ours. Since I see next to each other, 6 times I went and returned them on principle, but today is the 7th time and it was the last. I will not return anything, just we will not visit this place again and advise all my friends to do the same, so as not to be disappointed. And all 7 times were the same people in the window, the same shift, solve somehow the issue with the quality of their work so as not to lose more customers"
"I visited this location a few nights ago and had to leave before finishing my order because the person over the headset taking orders was SO RUDE!!! Immediately cut me off as I was ordering and didn't even let me finish a sentence. And then I was "Anything else" to death. So I left. Tonight I thought maybe the person taking orders tonight will not be there. I sure was wrong! I said "We are gonna get a chicken sandwich " and before I finished he said "Only one payment per car" I said haven't even completed my order. The employee then goes, "Go ahead". So I asked why are you so rude? He then says I said go ahead. So now I just drive to the window so I can ask for a manager. I pull up and the window is closed NO ONE around. I waited and waited and finally a male dressed as a woman came to the window. I said can I speak to a manager. He goes there isn't one. I realize this is the rude employee from the speaker. I said I want a manager now, and he closes the window and continues to ignore me sitting there. So I then just took a picture so I can email corporate. This poor behavior is so Unacceptable and I will NEVER come here again!! He needs to be fired."
