"8 years ago I use to go to this school. I always had fun with my friends that I’ll never forget. But, unfortunately I had to move to another different state, Michigan. I was only in the 2nd grade when I moved. I hate Michigan a lot. I wish that I could come back to Las Vegas but I can’t until I graduate high school. I got 2 more years to leave this place. Can’t wait to leave, I would want to visit this school but I heard it’s closed. If it’s actually closed then I’m going to be really sad."

"I used to come to this school back in 2004 until i moved to Indianapolis . I'm 18 years old going to 19 in Aug i was little but i knew what was going on. i remember my teachers tried to make me learn and speak English. because i didn't speak it (only Spanish ) .I'm still wondering what happened to Ms. Rice she helped me a lot. i had beautiful moments there. I'm wondering if they still sell snacks outside the cafeteria. I used to eat the vinegar pickles i loved them. I also remember my big brothers picking off school that's was some beautiful moments. I love that school I will visit later on Unfortantly i dropped out of school were i live. Decided to work If someone knows if Ms. Rice still works there can you guys reply please and thank you"

"Why do I hate this place? Because I attended this school personally for my sixth grade. It was the worst year for me being in the heart of one of Las Vegas's worst ghettos. It was an eye opener, being a naïve 11-year-old, and having to see a person digging through the garbage dumpster for food. However, I couldn't grow to appreciate being beat up and bullied by poverty-stricken residents living nearby. The city was just following through with one of their great ideas: integrate kids from the suburbs and haul them into the most desperate ghetto. It left me shaken and scarred mentally. What should be done? Stop the unnecessary bussing and bring in the bulldozers to tear it down."
