"It seems like every time I order from this specific location I NEVER get black beans like I order. My food always has meat in it, which I haven’t eaten in over 10 years. It’s extremely disappointing. You offer vegetarian options, serve your customers those options."
"The family and I stopped by after church. We have come here on more than one occasion. There are 2 self order screens to the left as you walk in. We used these to order. We had a pretty big order, but we were 2 items short. However, when my daughter asked about it, they were quick to remedy the situation. The only thing I regret is not ordering 2 steak burritos instead of one."
"Nacho fries were cold from the moment I got them and they couldn't be bothered to ensure the nacho cheese was closed when they threw it in the bag. Usually never have a problem. What happened?"
"One of the tacos was barely wrapped and placed upside down in the bag. Unable to eat the taco as the contents were spilled inside of the bag. My crunch wrap tortilla was not wrapped well and barely had any meat in it. Disappointed overall. This location needs to do better."
