"I have brought my children here since they were babies. In 18 years I have never been charged for a wellness visit. This year I got charged because the children answered questions the doctor asked and now it became an office visit. I told them it was bad practice and unethical. Of course children are going to answer a question by the doctor. If we didn't like the doctor we would be moving clinics. I have instructed my children not to answer any questions beyond a yes or no on a wellness check. If we want an office visit we will make one."

"We switched to Southdale Peds after my daughter needed care and there was simply no accessible pediatrician available in the Fairview system. We're so happy with our decision, though! We can often see our pediatrician (Dr. Nolan) same day if we have to, and she does a wonderful job advocating for our daughter's health. The nurse triage line is helpful, and the nurses are MUCH better at giving vaccines here than at Fairview, which was a pleasant change. We're so happy here, even if the drive is longer, because it's worth it for what you get."

"Not a very good experience at all. They don’t really seem to care about their patients or follow HIPAA, lack of communication. I highly recommend GROW pediatric. I switched my son there and it was the best experience and he loves to go there and they love to see him."

"We have been going to Southdale for years and truly love most of the doctors. Unfortunately, the scheduling and administrative side continues to disappoint (and sometimes infuriate) us. These days you can't even schedule an appointment, no one answers the phone, and if you choose the call back option you will wait for hours to receive a response....sometimes you never do. It's driven us to look for a new provider."

"Stay away! Good luck getting an appointment for a sick child. They have too many patients and not enough doctors. When my first child was born over 11 years ago it was easy to get a sick child same day appointment. Now they can't get a 15 month old in for days. When my daughter was 10 months old with the same way infection symptoms they advised me to wait and get an appointment later. I took their advice as I am not a medical professional. That evening she screamed in pain as ear drum had popped!"
