Sonic Drive-In

"They forget my bacon on my burger sometimes and they don't mix the oreo shakes all the way sometimes but the food and service are great."

"Kudos to the super early morning staff today. Somehow they got a Door Dash order well before opening hours. I drove in thinkg, "This place is closed, but why is the Open sign blinking. Then I saw staff in the back. I slowly circled around and a lady came out to greet me and tell me they Turned On the Open Sign for Me!! But not just me. This meant the customer got their food on time and I didn't lose half an hour of my life texting someone who speaks basic English as an elective. The fact that this store cared enough to not turn away business and a driver over a mistake they had every right to turn me away for speaks volumes of the type of people that work here! I would gladly give them my business in the future even if they had an hour long line."

"So never been to or had Sonic before, basically our first time and was expecting to have a great experienced. Unfortunately did not meet our expectations. As we drove about 25 minutes from Fernley to Fallon and arrive the restaurant for some reason it looked abandoned and so we weren't sure if this place was even open for business. As to what we have seen on social media videos and commercials we parked on the drive up menu screen and pushed the button for service and no response for about 10 minutes so I got off to ask how are we suppose to order or was it just by drive thru and the 2 employees looked at me confused and one responded we will be out shortly and I was like ok. Another 5 minutes pass and an employee comes out with a clipboard and of course she apologizes and explains how all the drive up screens haven't been working for a long time now. Not to mention their ice cream machine broke down that morning so we didn't even get to try their famous shakes. It's okay I know it's not the employees fault but management should look into this and give this employees more help. The food was great but honestly wasn't worth it."

"Ordered a dr pepper with blackberry....the employee said they don't carry blackberry even tho it's on the menu. Settled for a dr pepper with cherry and vanilla. I made a great choice. 2 thumbs up."

"First of all I hate how sonic discontinues stuff that's better than anything else they sell. That being said, the fact that the only reason we went to sonic today was for a specific blast and they don't have it anymore will not affect this review. This review is on items we did get to order. Starting with chilli cheese tots, they were crunchy and tasted old like they had been sitting. The portion was hilarious considering we ordered a large and they didn't even fill the bottom of the hot dog carton. The burger my husband ordered was literally dripping grease (see photo) and he couldn't even eat it. The cookie dough blast is essentially a giant cup of vanilla ice cream with a few dough pieces at the top and a few more at almost the bottom (see photo). And the peanut butter fudge Sunday was almost humorous. They made a fudge Sunday and put a couple of squirts of peanut butter on top. Moral of the story, eat elsewhere or at home. Super disappointed."
