"Ordered two steak grilled cheese burritos. When these things first came out they were at least 7 8 inches long and full of actual food, they were hefty. The last two times I've gone there, I've gotten an at best quarter filled tortilla mostly sour cream maybe two or three pieces of steak and rice. For $ 17 dollars!!! are you serious? Think I'm done with Taco Bell as this has been consistant.."
"If you’re working at Taco Bell tonight (3/10/24; 8:30pm), the attitude isn’t necessary. The manager giving hella attitude for leaving out half of our soft taco order was uncalled for. Audibly talking badly about your customers because you had to correct your mistake is asinine. I had no problem showing you what was in our bag, which I voiced, and your drive thru attendant even said she thought we only ordered two soft tacos even though my order receipt said FOUR with no lettuce. Y’all need more training. I can’t imagine treating a customer the way I was just treated. If I was going to swindle food, it would be something other than your slop. Funny how y’all had nothing else to say when I loudly announced that I could just give yall the food back for a refund if it was a problem. Get some training and do better."
"Don’t do it! Run! This location is disgusting! Not up to Taco Bell standards for sure! It’s filthy and zero customer service. Staff was yelling back & forth about periods and feminine hygiene! it was graphic! I wanted to cancel the order but I got attitude by even existing, let alone asking for a refund! I wanted to run out of there fast! So gross! They were also complaining about having to make the fries or anything really. I wasn’t the only one! They were telling people in drive thru that they didn’t have items because they didn’t want to make them! The girl who made my order was nice. Pleasant. Fire everyone else and start over! The lobby is so gross you stick to the floors and filthy! The mat is disgusting! It was 11:30 am so no excuse for that level of filth! I threw it away! $40 down the drain! This floor mat doesn’t even begin to cover how gross this place is"
"Store has only kiosks to take your order. Guess you don't need a cashier to take your order. No cashier must mean more employees to clean the place....nope. Most of the tables were dirty trash on the floor, if this was my establishment I'd be embarrassed."
