"My co-workers and I ate at Carmen's food truck at least twice a week for several years, and we were always delighted. It is unbelievable how quickly the happy cooks pump out burritos and other Mexican favorites. It might just be the most efficient assembly line in the Tesla Gigafactory and definitely the most delicious carnitas burritos! I recommend the campechano option, which is a mix of two meats, for example, chorizo and carnitas. Don't forget to ask for Mexican candies (grilled and salted jalapeños) and say hi to El Jefe!"
