"(Photograph, first on the right- second on the left.) Horrible experience tonight. We love Roberto’s and ever since moving here about 5 years ago we’ve been hooked. But why offer specifications if you’re not going to read them? Tonight we ordered our carne Asada nachos with ‘No onions’ and what do you know? Loaded with onions. They’re usually pretty good with reading and following specifications so we give it a pass. We order a second carne Asada nachos with the specification ‘No onions, no cilantro, No Salsa. PLAIN PLEASE!’ And these nachos come even worse than the first. First of all there’s hardly any meat and it’s loaded with everything we DIDNT WANT. It seemed deliberate. The orders were literally in the same hour. We proceed to call the store and speak with Eduardo who doesn’t provide any help. He just confirmed seeing the order and told us to call back on Monday to speak to the manager. Really a shame, this place has grown to be our comfort food. Whoever was on nachos tonight, I’m sorry you were having a bad night but very disappointing. Not cool. Edit: Additional family member noticed on the second one it was leaking through. There was no Roberto’s lining in the container. They just threw it in there."

"Roberto’s Taco Shop has been a hit ever since the first Taco Shop opened up in Downtown Reno and beyond glad they have opened one in Sparks now. Came in and got some Sausage Breakfast Burritos, a few large Horchatas for my coworkers and I and I must say, breakfast was very delicious. The potatoes were cooked to softness perfection, the egg with a little sprinkled cheese was on point and the sausage was like the cherry on top of the sundae. My breakfast burrito was spectacularly good and that’s just an understatement. The customer service was excellent and received my food in a timely manner. The horchata was very refreshing and probably one of the best ones I’ve had so far. Love their horchata! Overall, I’m glad this franchise has opened up 3 Roberto’s Taco Shop throughout the town which keeps up with the customer flow in this town. Thank you Roberto’s!!!"

"Store was clean. Staff was friendly and busy. Not too many customers in the store, but they were getting a lot of phone orders for pickup. Wednesday taco special, crispy chicken taco's. Chicken, lettuce and cheese. $1.25 each at this time 3/9/21. They didn't skimp on the portion. Ordered 4 taco's and three were plenty. I'm 6'2" 250+. Taste was a little bland, but you can add sauce. I will be back to try other menu items."
