"Michelle was snobby, rude, and passive aggressive. I came in the store for a basic, supported return and was treated like I was diseased. 1.) I brought receipt with “60 day workout guarantee” and Michelle lectured me: -they had changed to a 30 day policy -these sweat pants were not meant to work out in (ironic since Michelle sold these to me a few weeks ago when she knew they were for Pilates- she said nothing then) 2.) She said, out loud for all to hear, how she had to make sure these got thrown away. Handled the freshly-washed worn-once pants as if they were contaminated. 3.) A long list of passive aggressions, we all know the type. Angry customer service person takes their bad day out on unsuspecting customers while treating them like interlopers. I would welcome a representative from Athleta to contact me about Michelle‘s behavior. She needs some sort of re-training. Will go to Lulu instead until the ."

"I wish I could give this place -5 stars. The second we walked in we were followed around the store, after walking in I asked to use the restroom I was then FOLLOWED in to the restroom and they waited for me to come out, when I came out I was greeted with a snotty “you’re welcome” as I opened the BATHROOM door. I then asked my family if we could leave because I felt SO uncomfortable, mind you, I was still being followed out. I hate to be that person but I really hope it wasn’t bit because of my race…"

"Always an excellent experience every time I visit. I'm usually trying to rush over after work before they close. I don't like going into business the last hour before closing; I feel that's inconsiderate, but I have no other time to visit. Each and every staff member has been beyond accommodating and friendly. I also love Athleta as a business that uses recycled materials to create some of the best apparel and a certified B corporation. I'm thrilled we have a location in Reno. Thank you to all the wonderful people who work at Reno Athleta!"
