"White House Black Market has beautiful high quality clothing. This store in particular has a manager who was very unprofessional when I was there. She was talking very loudly with another customer about some very questionable "views". Views that you don't discuss in public regarding terrible employees, how hard it is to get rid of people etc. She also complained about being tired and never once moved from the front desk. I will purchase online as to avoid giving this location commission they don't deserve. I was very disappointed with my experience."
