"I had the opportunity to visit the store and found it to be very personable and wide in its variety of clothes and sizes. All the employees were compassionate and attentive! One even helped me through the store, and they made me feel welcome enough to try different styles and pieces. It is apparent that the staff cares about their workers. keep up the good work I will be back!"

"I usually love the style in this place but sometimes have trouble finding my size. On today's trip I found a lot of tie-dyed or bleached out stuff there which is really cool. there was a couple things that they had on display though that they didn't really have in the store which bothered me. End up buying a cute little summer dress and also sweatsuit outfit that they have available in like seven or eight different colors that mix and match with many different options on top and shorts or pants on the bottom. just watch out for what you buy and what the return policy is because some things are pretty tricky."

"Today was the worse customer service experience i have ever had! I’ve been to this specific store multiple times to return an item that couldn’t fit, was told i wasn’t able to return the original item due to the new company buying Charlotte Russe out. So i kept exchanging for something else, and since the fitting rooms aren’t available, i kept having to come back to exchange the items. I finally get a day off to come to exchange this new item and was told it was outside of the 14 day return or exchange policy. I had explained to the cashier and assistant manager that i wasn’t able to get off work due to working long hours. I will not ever be back to ANY Charlotte Russe EVER because i had been misinformed by one of the employees on whether or not i can return or exchange an item that does not fit! The assistant manager had already started off with an attitude and she definitely doesn’t deserve to be in her position! Following me and telling me that i am “acting crazy” because i was not okay with how she was treating me! If i were you, i would spend your money elsewhere, where employees are understanding of every day life! This company does NOT offer refunds & doesn’t give you at least 30 days to return an item!"

"I was helped out by an incredible associate. Her number on my receipt was 839295 but it did not show her name. She took time to take leggings off a mannequin for me even though I came in on the weekend and when I was waiting in line she came over and opened her register so that I wouldn't have to wait as long. I know right now is a really difficult time to be in customer service and the fact that she kept a cheerful attitude while helping everyone who was asking her for help, some not quite so politely, was incredible. Thank you so much and Happy Holidays!"

"Horrible customer service! They close the store at 7pm and they said they close the fitting room at 6pm. At 6:15pm I asked them politely if they could make an exception and let me try on the jeans I had picked and the manager of the store refused to let me do it in a very rude way. I would have had no issues with that if it was explained to me politely . But the manager definitely had an attitude, even during the entire time I spent at the store. I was looking for some denim earlier, she was at that section and there was no eye contact, no help, even when I asked her a question about the sizes. I felt discriminated as I was the only white person at the store. She didn't help me pick the right items and didn't even advice that I wouldn't be able to try it on as they will be closing the fitting room at 6pm. I'm not local and will be driving back to SF bay area tonight. Wasted so much of my time! Never we get such rude customer service in the bay area at the local malls! Pretty shocked and don't recommend!"
