"The pho is phOnomenal. The broth is so tasty. Banh mi with pork belly is also fantastic and the bread is fresh. I also recommend getting the dessert. Very friendly staff and clean, bright space. My only complaint is that the pho noodles were slightly overcooked and the viet coffee's signature bitterness was overshadowed by the sweetness of the condensed milk...still tasty though. Edit: tried the hearty beef noodle soup. It was good but pricey relative to the pho. I'll probably continue getting the pho"

"As a Vietnamese person, I've found the best Pho soup in town. This place serves the most authentic Pho I've ever tasted in Reno. I visit once or twice every week because it's that good. The ambiance is genuine, reminiscent of Vietnam. The broth is rich and flavorful, with perfectly cooked beef slices. The portion sizes are generous, and the service is excellent. If you love authentic Vietnamese cuisine, you must try this place. It's the best Pho I've ever had in Reno and I keep coming back for more."

"When I first moved here in 2008 from San Jose, I had to hunt for a pho place. There were just a few then and now there are quite a few but they were just okay. Now I have found the BEST pho since I moved here! Sip of Saigon has only been open about two years and is still trying to a real following. I tell you what, this girl will be back there soon for more of their pho. I ordered the combination pho. While our order was being prepared the owner came out and chatted with my friend and I. She was thrilled to find out that my friend and I were quite familiar with pho and other Vietnamese food, my friend was also out of the Bay area. Our food came out quickly and was steaming hot. At the first sip of the broth, I knew that I had found my place for outstanding pho. The broth was very flavorful to the point that my friend drank all of hers when she finished the goodies in it. The beef in the dish was so tender and yummy, the noodles were excellent, not over or undercooked. Along with the great bowl of pho, I had ordered the strawberry yuzu lemonade. That will be my new good to for a hot summer day's drink! Yuzu is an Asian fruit that has started making its way to the US. I am so glad that the owner alerted us that our initial choice was a cold dish and suggested the pho!"

"Why this place use so much disposable??!! Disposable chopsticks, water cups, small plates and sauce containers…It’s shocking to see the amount of waste a meal produces. Won’t support business like this regardless what they serve. Also off putting to see garlic pieces and cilantro boiled in the pho broth."

"The best, authentic Vietnamese. We went a little early and tried a combo of the Breakfast Banh Mi with a runny egg (amazing taste and something different you wouldn’t expect to be so good) and the combination Pho (the broth was amazing and flavorful and the toppings super fresh). Definitely going back as this my new spot in Sparks."
