McDonald's

"McDonald's needs to quit opening more locations and just improve their food. For a billion dollar company, I expect an actual beef patty thicker than a sheet of paper and real chicken meat nuggets. This food looks like it's been sitting on a hot sidewalk in Phoenix for a week, then was trucked to McDonald's. The people working here are sweet and provide good service. Definitely not their fault McDonald's serves pidgen jerky burgers."

"We all thought it was cool to get a McDonald's in this area , however , don't waste your time. We walked into nothing but two kiosks to take our order. After dealing with this lifeless contraption, we waited, probably thirty minutes for one of the worst fast food meals I have ever had. Cold food,missing condiments, to a completely wrong sandwich, this place succeeded only in failing. You're supposed to be able to handle McDonald's in an emergency. This store does not follow that norm."

"Ordered our food on the app and went to the drive-thru my total was 78.00 . After we picked up the order at the window i checked the bags just to make sure that the items were all in the bags. Driving home decided to check to make sure that my double filet o fish was actually double but it wasn't. So Drove back and of course now there is a line on both sides so got to the window and the manager Jason comes to the window and takes the fish sandwich to the back and sends someone else to bring the food back no apologize no care nothing from them . Its sad i know its a new McDonald's but that has nothing to do with the people who work there should be more trying they should know how to care we are paying a lots off money for the food we get in the fast food. And they even got my pies wrong. Its shouldn't take me 1 h to pick up an order."

"Wish I was able to give them 0 star, was there and one of the supervisors was treating employees like slaves, he was using F word every minute, all the employees were busy working only this guy was doing nothing and treating employees that he is going to send them home right now while he was walking back and forth doing nothing just giving employees hard time. Even one of the employees asked him to give them a hand and help them to take care of the customers, he told him he is going to send him right now. employee on register told us that the other two supervisors are working right now taking orders and helping customers, but this guy was just running his mouth and getting paid. Feeling very sorry for employees working there."

"Bahaha! Who designed the inside of this McDonald's?? I would describe the interior of this restaurant as one part kindergarten classroom (with all the art ripped from the walls), one part truck stop (specifically the bathrooms) and one part Jetsons (for the old and moldy who remember that cartoon). I mean, I was gobsmacked when I walked into the restaurant. Nothing indicates to you that this is a McDonald's once you're inside. There's nothing but those fish eye mirrors on the wall by the register. The first thing you're greeted by are 2 double-sided self order walls. I watched 2 people fumble at those menu walls for over 5 mins, trying to figure out how to use them. At one point, one of the people looked under it like that would hold the answer to their question. The tables and chairs are tiny and plastic, literal kindergarten classroom level furniture. The only thing that would tell you that this is a McDonald's was a small advertising screen by the register and the tiny menu behind the register. The employee who took my order was very young and nervous and lacked eye contact and was awkward, but I gave him a pass. He has to stare at the empty walls in the empty restaurant. There were napkins by the register only, no utensils, no condiments, no trays, no drink station, just 4 walls and furniture. It was extremely off-putting. The food was just okay. The bathrooms looked like truck stop bathrooms. There's no character at this location. If you go through the drive-thru, I suppose you'd never have to see the inside. Maybe they should have just made this a drive-thru location. I prefer the McDonald's off of Pyramid and McCarran. The employees there are always entertaining and personable, and I know I'm at a McDonald's. No thanks on this redesign. It feels dystopian like McDonald's was afraid we'd trash the place, so they took away everything that we might steal and made sure to install a camera to monitor our every move. It's an unsettling design inside. We ate and left and won't be back... inside, at least."
