"I GOT the bourbon bacon burger and it was DISGUSTING . It was so wet that the bun literally fell apart and it tasted like old nasty dog food, today was my bday and I wanted a nice burger, should have gotten Wendys"
"We were stuck in Reno with the 80 closed. We needed some breakfast while waiting. Our server was so kind and nice. The Choose your own Grand Slam made it so easy to get what I wanted, the whole grain pancakes with some protein and fruit. This is a great Denny's! 10/10 experience!"
"Worst Customer Service ever their Servers and Manager don't have any professionalism in the work they perform! The servers are rude and super slow always on their phones, any take out food is always incompleted they make you drive back and still provide you with the wrong amount of items or give you the wrong order. They need to pay more attention to the orders that are for carry out as sometimes you go through a third party person to pick up food & door dash or who ever gets the food for you don't pay attention to items on receipt. The quality of their food is poor compared to other Denny's in town. Please pay attention to the job you perform and have good customer service skills"
"All desirable seating was closed. Forcing patrons to sit next to loud rowdy teens. The servers were clearly annoyed at having to take and serve our order. Lazy, grumpy, and unfortunately botched the order after being reminded twice. We got our food home and it was still wrong."
"It was popping. My bf and I came here for everyday value slam $5.99. I got coffee. And that coffee was one of the best coffee I've tasted. Our server was great and awesome! And he got me a to go cup for my coffee! I love dennys. My bf not so much. So I really appreciated that my bf had a good service and good food and good time here! I hope we come back soon!!!"
