"It was 9:50pm, and we were told we could order food, but we weren't allowed to eat in the dining room because they were closing in 10 minutes. Did they think we were going to be camping out for a half hour? Do these kids think they get to drop their apron and sprint out with their cell phones at 10:00? You pay them more than $10 an hour now, and look what you still get. I never ate at a Jack A$$ in a Box before, and the food was rather delicious, to be honest. However, I won't eat there again just because some kid wanted to keep the dining room clean."
"Decent quality of food, but the service there is amazing. The line at the drive through never takes nearly as long as it seems like it should, they really get people through! Also their pineapple shake is fantastic and I would like to have one every day for the rest of my life."
"My food wasn’t cooked all the way I ordered sourdough patty melt and cheese was hard not even a little melted the onions were not cooked like it shows on picture ,my fries weren’t filled all the way . We ordered shakes that was pretty much just ice cream in a cup had to eat with spoon . I never mind waiting Just as long as my food is cooked ."
