"It’s a great place to take your family for breakfast."

"We used to eat at IHOP all the time. Used to love it! However the last three or four times we have ate there we have left with stomach aches for the rest of the entire day. Not sure if it's the better or Oils they use. But this will be the last time we eat at IHOP. We were both not doing well afterwards. And it's not just one particular IHOP it's every IHOP. I used to order the international passport on the regular and it never bothered me until the last few years. We thought we would try it again visiting Reno and wish we hadn't. But that's just us hopefully it works for you! Lady was super nice. The other complaint we have is the prices have gone super high. I could not believe that I paid 16 plus dollars for a small breakfast."

"This is one of the original style locations. It's small and cramped. Service by employees was great but the portions a small, they have 3 drink options for soda, the tea tasted very artificial, the toast was rock hard, and the prices reflected that of a nicer location with much larger portions and more options. It's better to visit a more updated location."

"To be honest I am torn on this place. The waitress was nice, and the food was really good, but the place was disgusting. We walked in and were seated we did have to wait a little bit but not to long. I went to use the restroom and it was so nasty. The trash was overflowing there were toilet covers on the floor and toilet paper all over the stalls. I come back and the waitress was really nice and asked us what we wanted to drink. We both just asked for coffee. We waited 10 minutes just for the coffee to be brought. We didn't think much of it and thought maybe they had to brew it. Now, what gets me is that they have waitresses wearing masks and they have plexiglass up for covid between the seats and they bring us a dirty craft of coffee. The coffee on the outside was old and crusty/sticky it wasn't from a spill of fresh brew. I was so grossed out. If it going to take so long to get coffee with as health conscious as they seem to be, you would think we would get a clean craft. We get our food: My husband ordered the Colorado omelet and I ordered chicken fried steak and eggs. His order should have came with salsa. We sat there for a bit because usually a waitress will come back and ask how things are going but we didn't see her again for a while. In the meantime, I went up and asked if I could get some salsa for his omelet. While I am up there, I see the countertop seems not to have been wiped down for over a week. It is just covered in nastiness. I used to work in customer service and waitress. I was taught that your station must remain clean for health and safety reasons. I could understand some dirtiness if they were in the swing of a breakfast or lunch rush, but this was not the case. Our food was really good the cook did a great job! However, I am torn because I am not sure if I want to eat there again due to the filth I saw. The food can be great, but the cleanliness of the restaurant is what keeps you from dying as well. As we are leaving you can see the garbage behind the cash register overflowing. I am giving this place an OK rating because I enjoyed the food, but this place is by no means CLEAN or cares about anyone's health. And just as a funny I had to take a picture of my Teeny Grape that was in my fruit cup because there was a bigger one on the floor. Eat at IHOP in South Meadows at your own risk."
