"We waited 20 minutes to get seated, which is expected with busier days. But waiting 15 minutes to have our drink order taken and then having our waitress not come to check on us or even bring us our food is poor service. We had to flag someone down just to get the other half of our order. We only ordered 3 items"
"TINY PORTIONS. No sides. Saturday night before Military ball: Ordered two things. 30 dollars for two items. The Philly cheese steak was TINY with barely any cheese in it. It was more like a sad steak sandwich. A single burger was ordered and wasn't that good, also, TINY. And they don't even come with a side of fries. They don't even come with fries. A single milkshake was ten dollars! Waiter never came back to ask for anything else and gave the check."
"Located on the lower level of the grand Sierra, just adjacent to the swimming pool but not hard to find. Staff was friendly and efficient as she took my order right away. I ordered the grilled chicken club sandwich with french fries and strawberry milkshake. The strawberry milkshake was thick and creamy and satisfying. The french fries were OK but the chicken club sandwich was dry. I know Johnny Rockets is known for their cheeseburgers, which is what I will probably have if I have a occasion to visit this again"
"They said this was chili.....fr. Looked like greasy tampon juice, I couldn't bring myself to try it. We had to order online after waiting half an hour with no service. Then we were kicked out and were not able to eat there because we "ordered our food to go". I can't even make this up... It was an out of this world experience. Johnny really rocked it. But fr this experience was straight up an embarrassment to the gsr."
"First time in its downstairs location which would explain how long it's been since I've been here. Took about 10 minutes to get to us to take our order and it felt like we were a bit ignored at the beginning. Ordered chili cheese TOTS with crumbled bacon and a root beer. Received fries, not tots BUT we accepted them anyways. Absolutely delicious. Bro got a shake and I got a root beer, both great for what they were. This is a resort but prices were surprisingly low despite it. Minus their slow response at the start and the tots vs. fries mistake, it was really good and I recommend it."
