"I was blown away by their creamy and spicy vegan broth—easily one of the best broths I've ever tasted. The veg gyoza lived up to expectations with its crispy perfection, and the matcha mochi dessert provided a refreshing end to the meal. The minimalistic ambience paired with excellent service added to the overall experience. This place has earned a spot on my favorites list!"
"Rakkan ramen is 10 out of 10! First, they have the great service. You could tell that they try to seat you in asap even during the busiest hour. They are also very friendly and fast. The appetizer is flavorful and filling. And the ramen is just the best comforting food in the Tahoe area. The soup is full of umami, and isn’t very fattening which would be so hard for my stomach since it’s vegan based. The ramen and the buns warmed us up so quick after all the skiing in the mountains. Will definitely come back here again! Thank you!!"
