"The burger bun was burnt like they put it in a toaster way to hard to eat. The fries were cold and old. Only two other tables with people in there. Thr waitress did not smile until we went to leave. I will never eat there again McDonald's would have been better."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Axel or Oaxel was our server and right from the start he was rude and dismissive. We asked if they had a mocha drink or anything similar to which he said “look at the menu”. Once he returned to take our order he was standing behind us almost where we couldn’t see him, we asked if he could move closer which he then stated “nah I’m good right here” he got angry and told us that he would switch out our waiter. Luis was the server who took over and was the only reason we stayed. Luis is kind and seems to genuinely care about the customer service. I would NOT go here if you want to enjoy your dining experience. IHOP please reconsider having a manager like Axel, he is running this place to the ground."

"They were busy for a Tuesday at noon. We were a 5 top and had to wait. That was no problem. The hostess was nice, during our wait however, she was cussing (f-bombs) while telling a story to a coworker. I had 3 kids with me and the other party waiting did too. That just wasn't professional for the environment. We were sat and the kids menu's weren't menus and we only came for the Wonka menu and they didn't provide it to us. The girl running drink orders was okay. The menu showed the splashers contained fresh berries, but the drinks given to us did not. We got the Wonka menu finally. When we ordered we got a drink off that menu and that didn't come until after we received our food. I had to ask for that drink, our side of bacon and the extra napkins we had asked for prior to ordering food. We ordered the oreo belgin waffle. In the picture it had oreo pieces in the batter, ours did not. For $13 for one waffle, no sides, that sucked. The food was not bad, just not what was pictured and for the prices, there's sooo many better places in town. The service was okay. Too many people involved to say it was horrible service. Because we strictly went for the Wonka menu, I can say there will be no reason for us to return to either location. Oh yeah! My son opened his "menu" and it had an Applebee's crayon in it..."

"In my search for the best Eggs Benedict, I had to try IHOP. The place was empty for early lunch time. I was searching for someone to seat me in this large diner, as the hostess was on her phone hidden by the wall. As I made myself known, the waitress seemed put out by my presence, which was confirmed by her slamming my water in the table. I let it go. Then my EB were not runny! Ugh! The whole idea of the EB is, egg yolks galore! If course air sent it back when my eggs were well done. The hallendaise was not even rememerable. Thankfully my waitress became a bit more gracious after sending back. Hmmm, why wait with the attitude adjustment. That effects your tip %. Needles to say, this was not worth the $ I paid, especially when they just toss a bunch of potatoes in deep oil and call it...what? I can't even remember. FAIL! This was not worth the $$."

"Nice place for lunch. We stopped by on our way home and ordered a variety of food. They have pancakes, omelets, burgers, and more. The waitress was very friendly and patient taking the order from our group. The food turned out great tasting too."
