"Lots of issues with this gym: The men’s showers were out of order (a showstopper) for several days. The hot tub was closed for several weeks. There are a number of cardio machines that are non-functional, and most appear to be outdated. The weight room cable machines look neglected - most need cleaning and lubrication. Antiseptic wipes are frequently unavailable in the weight and cardio rooms. Small towels are frequently unavailable (bring your own just in case). Yesterday the water dispenser on the weight room floor was out of order, and the dispenser on the cardio floor has displayed a filter warning for weeks. On the plus side: nearly all of the staff are friendly, the place is usually not too crowded, and parking isn’t a problem. Memberships are relatively inexpensive, and you aren’t locked into a long-term contract. So, depending on your priorities, this place might be an ok option."

"There's a LOT to find in this club! Lots of classes, weight room, a saline pool (great for people who can't deal with high chlorine in the chain pools), racketball courts, cardio equipment and even a small break area with tables and coffee each morning. People have created a real community here, the regulars know each other by name. Definitely the best value around for a health club."

"I really enjoy the Plymouth Creek Athletic Club. Here are some of the things I enjoy. Love the swimming pool for exercise and that the pool is not freezing cold. I love the sauna. I love that the club is not just jam packed and it is a relaxing place to come to. I have also enjoyed several massages from Ina. She does an awesome job and knows so much about natural ways to heal. Steven the new manager is great. Since he has been there the club seems so much cleaner, the pool deck was cleaned, the club now has new soft and bigger towels."

"Review if for my first massage at PCAC with Inna. It was a deep tissue massage and I loved it. Her style is very different than the typical painful quiet approach most therapists use. Inna actually got me to release the muscles so she could get in there and work them. It didn't hurt at all during the massage, but I could feel the deep tissue work the next day. I left relaxed with a sense of release in my neck and shoulders. I will definitely be back."
