I understand they don't warranty unclogging pipes, it makes sense, but they were rude about it and did not care about my business. I called another plumbing company and they did the job right. Any other pages, and I called Roto-Rooter. Robbie came out a short while afterward, and helped me diagnose the problem. I actually decided to do the repair myself, after looking at it with him. Not because I don't think they would do a good job, but because it turned out to be less complicated than originally feared. Although I didn't have Robbie do the work, he was very helpful with advice (because he's done it 500 times) Very friendly, very professional, very much recommended."
