"I chose this place after searching thru countless amts of reviews. This one really appealed to me. I didn't want to go to a franchise or a stealership either. He was very polite. He had a good sense of people and humor, in my opinion. I had dashboard lights on and could feel while driving some issues that involved them. I left my Jetta. They thoroughly checked the issues. When I arrived to retrieve my vehicle. Nelson(Great guy) pulled up all the details of the problems that arose, showed me images of the parts that needed attention, and explained to me what was going on and why in a way I could actually understand, because I'm not savvy in this dept. I only gave a 4 because I was always taught: There's always room for improvement."

"Nelson was terrific helping us out of a bad situation when we broke down on a roadtrip passing through town. He stayed late after normal closing hours on a Friday night so AAA could drop the car off inside his shop! He communicated clearly and was able to get us back on the road in a couple of hours at reasonable cost. Helped us make the best of a bad situation and even gave us a ride from our hotel when the car was ready."
